Rachel and Alex are two peas in a pod! Not only are they getting married next year at the amazing Barr Mansion but they chose South Congress for their engagement location and it couldn’t have fit their style more! If you have been following us for any time now you can tell when I ( Travis ) write these posts and when Nina does, so without further bad grammar and run on sentences enjoy these two’s sweet images!
I can’t wait to share this wedding with you all! Tracy Collins Events NAILED it for Aubrey and Matthew. The day started with both parties getting ready at the Westin in the Domain and the most memorable part of the day was when Matthew showed me the pins that the men were going to wear on their suits in honor of Aubrey’s sister, which was a complete surprise to the bride. HOW SWEET, YOU GUYS! While the guys struggled to fold their pocket squares, Aubreys mom buttoned her up and shared such sweet moments of their own. The ceremony took place at St. Alberts Catholic Church and it was beautiful…and the priest had quite the personality! I probably took too many pictures of the ring box, but can you blame me? It was so sleek and modern! After the ceremony, we walked around the domain with the wedding party for some portraits and this is the moment I knew summer was here…it was HOT, but they were all such troopers (and they were mostly all from the north!). The reception took place at Rock Rose Hall and my jaw DROPPED when we walked in. Tracy and her team make sure every event is epic and this reception was no different. They mixed metals, blush and navy to bring the room together and THE GOLD CHAIRS absolutely blew my mind! There was a queso bar and Amy’s ice cream was making custom ice cream sandwiches! They had so many personalized goodies for their guests and everyone seemed to enjoy the moscow mules, haha! Thank you to all of the amazing vendors who made their day so special and our job so easy:

Congratulations Aubrey and Matthew, it was an honor to be part of your special day!
Jett and Hanna are the couple every photographer loves to shoot. They are charismatic, energetic and just fun to be around so of course their shoot turned out just as great as they are. We decided on the Pearl Brewery in San Antonio because of course we like to have a beer ( or two ) but also the business park they have built there is something you would expect from Denver. Their wedding is coming up early next year and it can’t come sooner! If their wedding is anything like this session, it will definitely be featured on this blog.
This Blog was supposed to be posted last night but let me tell you yesterday was quite the day. First we are vacationing in Mississippi visiting Nina’s parents which slows down my work hustle already but then we decided to drive to Alabama for a beautiful beach. After traffic, rain and crash delays we finally made it to the beach, only to be flooded with Jellyfish. Literally there were more Jellyfish in the water than people on the beach and we couldn’t swim for more than few minutes without getting stung. Although Shepard really enjoyed stopping the jellyfish sting as normally we are having to correct his peeing outside so when we told him it was the only way to stop the stinging his face went from terror to terrific!! We made the best out of the beach day, went to a small carnival deal and didn’t make it home until 10pm. Needless to say after that day I decided this beautiful blog could wait until the morning because these two totally deserve to have their wedding on our blog!!! This wedding held at Camp Lucy in Austin, Tx was one of the most beautiful weddings we have done. The flowers were incredible, the brides dress was stunning and everyone had a great time. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed taking them ( I think thats becoming my favorite way to end the blog posts )
Huge thanks to all the amazing vendors who helped out!!

OH SNAP! THEY’RE MARRIED! GUYS THIS BRIDE…Kris was absolutely hilarious and so much fun, a perfect counterpart to her new husband Nolan. She SLAYED her photos, and didn’t mind posing all high fashion for us (along side raising her eyebrow and being all Zoolanderish). Her dress had magical capabilities and was actually three separate pieces. They had a traditional Catholic ceremony in Austin, TX and then we headed to Palm Door (a hidden gem downtown) for their intimate reception. Ashley Bunch with A Bunch of Weddings was her coordinator and I can’t recommend her enough for bringing us this perfect couple. Andrew with Made From Skratch Weddings got everyone dancing and Sweet Treets created one of the best cakes…if I still remember how good it was, many weddings later, trust me IT WAS THAT GOOD.
Check out their day:
Y’all! There is no better way to catch up our blog than with this galaxy themed wedding that we had the pleasure of photographing this past spring at Hacienda Del Lago. I have to admit, I LOVE THEMED WEDDINGS and they really knew how to keep it fun and exciting for their guests. The tablecloths were so beautiful in person and the uplighting at the reception didn’t go unnoticed ( just like the killer spikes on a bridesmaids shoes). Hacienda Del Lago is located in Leander, TX and the property has so many sweet locations for photo opportunities and the ceremony overlooking the Texas hill country. They had personal touches surrounding the venue, from little space figurines FLOATING in their centerpieces, to naming the tables things such as “The Mothership”. Lisa’s bridesmaid did an amazing job on their make up and her hair was styled by the Propaganda Hair Group who nailed her look (Roberto’s sister hooked him up with his do, ha!). If you thought for one second that this duo didn’t get down at their reception, you are mistaken- these two and their guests GOT DOWN. They were so much fun to photograph and we were so stoked to be there!
