Let me tell you about golf courses, y’all. THEY ARE HARD TO SHOOT. Lack of shade, lack of availability to photograph, “antique” ballrooms (thats polite, ha!) BUT NOT THIS PLACE. If we could shoot at this venue every weekend, I wouldn’t protest. The AMPLE trees on the property, ceremony space, ballroom….every single thing about this venue is perfect and their coordinator, Ann, is so much fun and slays at her job. The bridal suite is huge, the dozens of windows in the reception area allow so much light into the space, and this place offers so many areas to photograph so we can chase the sunset as long as we are willing. Enough about this amazing venue, lets talk about these two perfect humans! Lauren and Brian were so much fun and their bridal party was so easy to work with. They opted to do a first look to get the bridal party photos out of the way leaving only their portraits and family portraits for after the ceremony. If you aren’t obliged to sharing that special moment with your sweetie before you walk down the isle, this is such a time saver and I highly recommend it! I love being able to capture “first looks” they are always so special. They tied the knot in front of 140 guests and then partied the night away. Their guests sent them off with sparklers and the day couldn’t have been more dreamy! Take a peak at their wedding day, below:
