I use to be so good about doing monthly “photo shoots” with my daughter, Amelia. I look back at when she was six, eight, ten months old and she doesn’t even look the same. I almost don’t remember her being so small…I haven’t taken Amelia out for pictures in a long time…too long {maybe 4-5 months!}. Maybe it’s because she is so active or maybe its because I have gotten too lazy {whoops}. This morning after an hour long bike ride we went to the backyard to enjoy this chilly weather. Something about the lighting, and her ridiculously cute hat gave me the urge to go grab my camera.
This chick has the spunkiest personality. I am so blessed to stay at home and soak up her funny moments, something I take for granted to say the least. She makes me want to be a better person, to be present and to live and enjoy every second that God has given us. My mom use to cry, every single flippin’ time the song “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack came on the radio.
Now, I get it.
