Jessica and Curt took “sentimental” to a whole new level- these two married exactly 10 years to the day that they became an item. We were so thrilled to be shooting at Pecan Springs Ranch (again)! The rustic elegance this venue has matched perfectly with their personalities (and Jessica’s dress!). The bridal cottage adds so much charm to the photographs, the vintage turquoise couch is to die for! Her mom added some beautiful touches to her bouquet, The Flower Girl did such a beautiful job.
The ceremony site was simple and elegant and with a sunset ceremony, it was ideal…you just can’t go wrong with beautiful green grass and shade trees (and doors!!). Jessica perfectly timed their portraits to be taken with the best lighting, and I can’t tell you HOW big of a difference that makes! Posing came so naturally to these two and I just love the way Curt is looking at her (especially during their ceremony!) we didn’t have to direct these two much at all. Lanterns and rose petals adorned their reception tables and they had so many personal touches. They had a popcorn bar to symbolize where they met (working at a movie theater!) and an awesome signature drink that was a play on their last name! They also had a first at their reception for me….A CUPCAKE BAR. Shout out to The Cupcake Bar for rocking my world! Everyone had a blast and their night went off without a hitch!
