Guys! This wedding had it all…the killer rental house for pre-wedding festivities, a romantic venue in the heart of downtown Austin, TX, plenty of twinkle lights, the best food we’ve eaten in ages (thanks, Royal Fig!) and live entertainment…
This wedding took place at The Allan House in Austin, TX. The venue itself is an old historical charming home complete with wrap around porches smack dab in the middle of a concrete jungle. This truly is a hidden gem, and it was built in 1883! The century old oak trees all over the property are decorated in twinkle lights that really set the romantic tone for the evening. Their altar area was covered in drift wood and garden flowers and the whole theme was so organic. It looked as it the arrangements had been picked from a garden just moments before, and the head table was breathtaking. Park Crest Floral Design did a killer job making the arrangement that adorned all the tables, and Whitney’s bouquet was perfect for the crisp fall night. They danced to “Stand By Me” and their live band, Strings Attached, was a hit at the reception…swoon!
